Modern 2BDR apartment in the center - FREE PARKING

Location is okay

- Pictures not representative of the current state, the pictures were obviously taken a long time ago  - Very Wobbly coffee table which is a hazard - Flickering light - Poor beds with worn out mattresses - Cockroaches found in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom - Yellow stains on many of the bedding  - No ac despite the pictures showing an ac unit  - Water leaking near the toilet in the bathroom (probably the reason the owner has needed to put up a sign warning guests not to flood the bathroom!)  - Smelly drain  - Dead mosquitos in the light fixtures - Loads of signs warning of being fined if you get locked out or 'flood the bathroom'

- check-in time> 16:00h - accommodation title not accurate (appartement is not modern, low maintenance; windows are mainly not functioning, curtains are hard to move, - NO air-conditioning. Its big problem with sleeping, when outside temperature is + 33°C

communication with the host was swift Location was pretty central although you have to stop in the middle of a busy road to get the keys and access to car park remote

My experience with this apartment in Sarajevo was extremely disappointing. While communication with the host was swift, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Upon arrival, I had to first stop in the middle of a busy road to get the remote for the parking area from the building, which was both stressful and dangerous. The condition of the apartment was far below expectations. All the sofas were ripped and dirty, the bathroom lacked a lock for privacy, and most of the handles on the windows and doors were nearly broken or falling off, including the main door. The cleanliness was also appalling, with dust everywhere, a broken fan, and a dehumidifier that was full of dust and leaking dirty water. To make matters worse, I found fleas and spiders on the window sills. The beds were extremely uncomfortable: one had only a few inches of sponge as a mattress, and the other was made up of two noisy single mattresses merged together. Additionally, the apartment was dangerous for a baby. The peeling material from the sofas, the excessive dust in the bedroom, and the leaking dehumidifier posed serious health and safety risks. The air conditioner was not working, making for a very uncomfortable night for my family and baby. The heat and lack of ventilation added to our overall discomfort. There were additional issues with the amenities. The jacuzzi would turn on randomly, which was both startling and inconvenient. The bathtub also had a blockage, making it nearly unusable. The pictures of the apartment were highly misleading, depicting it in a good condition with clean and intact furniture, which was far from reality. This place felt like a scam. The radiator in the bedroom was covered in dust, had a dead moth on it, and emitted a vomit-like odor. Overall, this was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Due to our late arrival and early flight, we had no choice but to stay the night, but we would have left immediately otherwise.

It was perfect, lovely and gentle hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, everything was perfect.
