It is very spacey appartment on the 4th floor ( lift available), close to the old town with gated parking lot, plus it was well heated, Which is not common thing when travelling in winter in this area ! You should not be disappointed when staying there as it is a good value for money !

There are a few details which improved would push the value of the accommodation up. Like changing the mat in the sleeping room next to the kitchen, fixing some small things like broken knob in bathroom, some Broken el. Sockets etc. the windows are not sound proof so expect some noice from the bellow street

The property has excellent location, free parking spot located just near the entrance. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean and has everything you would need for your stay. Amazing value for money.

"if you want to have a crappy experience, go on, rent an apartment from these!!!!"

first, although i mentioned that we have an old mother and a very yound kid with us, they made us wait in front of the building for 30-40 minutes, in the evening in -10C freezing cold weather! why??? they sent us 3€ payment link and we must pay it then enter! we tried to find a place to charge my phone, we tried to find and internet connection, etc. finally they let us in! then we understood that the central heating was not working!!! we contacted them, they tried to give some directives, asked for photos, etc!! the number they provided did not answer! no phone, no whatsapp!!! they want only emailing!!!! after 1 hour of emailing issue inside a freezing cold apartment, they are convinced to send a person to fix it!!! and they said that they would come in 1 hour!!! then we decided to go out and wait in a cafe, after a while, they fixed it and we were able to enter the building at around 1am!!!!! as a result, i will never rent an apartment from a person who is not a local renter in that city!!! these kind of rental companies try to behave as professional, but this is not professional job!!!!
