The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly . The location is excellent as its near everything . Breakfast was also excellent rooms very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Excellent value for money

The hotel was excellent for a short break we were cruising so stayed before and after cruise and excellent . Facilities were perfect for us but if looking for parking or spa facilities this may not be your place .

Reception area and bar were nice. Welcome from the receptionist was very friendly and informative. It was easy to find.

The bed was poor quality and very uncomfortable. The room was for 3 but only 2 mugs and 2 sets of towels were provided. The photos made it look more luxurious than it was but the reception area and bar were nice! Location was poor, we felt unsafe in the area and with no hotel parking and no obvious parking close by we parked in a car park where we felt exposed.

Good stay in Southampton. Comfortable bed and pillows in the room. Very nice staff.

The bathroom could be more modern — it doesn’t really look like the bathroom of a 4-stars hotel.

Quick check in, greeted by friendly staff who upgraded us from a double + sofa bed to two double beds. Room was clean, beds were super comfy, air con was available. Hotel is very close to places to eat and drink and right next to a lovely park.

A smart TV 😂 nothing major.
