Az asztalon és az ágyneműn vastagon állt a por. Pókhálós volt a függöny tartó és láttam pár bogarat. A fürdőkád pedig törpéknek készült... stb.

As part of the early checkin option I've been upgraded to a larger room at the 12th floor. Room was big enough for 3. Pretty good position, close the city sea museum and a food plaza with lot of ethnic and indipendent food restaurants.

Not due to hotel staff, but it could be crowded as a lot of cruises depart from Southampton

The ground floor lobby and bar spaces appear comfortable and modern. The management responded well to my feedback about poor customer experience.

The ground wc facilities are very poor, dated and damaged. The breakfast area furniture was filthy and stained ! Corridors to rooms were dated with dirty carpet. The rooms are exceptionally dated, dirty carpet, staggeringly old fashioned bathrooms. The toilet paper is shockingly thin and the towels were tatty and far from white !
