Hilton Garden Inn St. George

The room looked like some homeless people just moved out the sofa bed was broken and not put together correctly coushins all messed up and had metal arms sticking out was really dangerous for my kids

Tough to review this property. First, the good. Excellent staff in all areas. Front desk staff at the check in was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel itself is a poor example of the Hilton brand. Dirty outdated carpet. Ripped at the entrance to the room. Furniture old. Needs updating

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Pet friendly was helpful. Staff was great!

Water pressure was very low, shower head fixture needs replacing. Carpeting was very dirty in room and hallways. Desk chair was broken, could not lean back.

Great location to I 15, restaurants and other businesses.

Pool area was dirty and pool was dirty.

This hotel really needs some updating in the rooms. Went down and had a little bit of yogurt only to find out that you were charged for their breakfast, was not aware of that. More importantly, we had told staff the night before that some child had defecated in the spa and the next morning we asked if they had cleaned the spa and the gentleman at the counter had no idea what had happened and had to go out and tell people to get out of the spa because they had not cleaned it as of the next morning. For that alone, I will not be staying back at this hotel, unfortunately. That is a huge health concern and being a Hilton honors member this is concerning!!

Hotel was just okay. Really overpriced for what you get. Bed was just okay, lousy shower head, tv didn't work the whole time, asked them to fix it multiple times, and nothing. Breakfast was good, but should have been included in the price. No waffles or pancakes was disappointing. Noisy refrigerator keeps walking you up. AC was annoying, either full blast or nothing.

When we returned to our room this afternoon, the pillows were not on the bed, one was on the floor and another on the nightstand (see photo). How could the housekeeper put the pillow on the dirty floor is beyond our comprehension and shows a lack of care, especially to a Diamond member. We have never seen such negligence until now.

I must say that overall, I had a great experience here. Cass at the front desk and Stephanie in Housekeeping really went out of their way to take care of me. Cass even rewrote my resume for me. Great proximity to convention center and lots of dining options right next door. Only negative was being charged for breakfast
