Hilton Garden Inn St. George

Carpets were dirty and had pet pee spots. I don’t understand letting pets stay on all floors! I didn’t want to get on an elevator with someone’s large barking dog. I paid a lot for a nice stay. Elevator floors dirty. Pools and bar were great. For a Hilton I would expect a better cleaner hotel. Staff were great as usual. But will look for a different hotel that maybe doesn’t allow pets and no dogs. We are allergic to dogs.

We enjoyed the lounge area and the well kept landscaping. The pool was nice also! There were nice restaurants within walking distance.

Front desk staff were rude and we were told we weren’t getting any Hilton Honors points because we didn’t book through Hilton. That’s wrong!! There was no previous disclosure. Overall bad experience.

This is our second stay here. I paid 300 some odd bucks for the room. Getting ready for bed, noticed a brown stain on the sheets. Don’t know what it was nor do I care. Called for new sheets at 11pm. Will not stay here again.
