Breakfast was fine.

When we got to our room, there was no toilet paper, no Kleenex, the bathroom sink drained really slow. There was a new refrigerator in the room but all of the packaging was still inside of it. I wasn’t impressed with their house keeping.

Hotel was quiet,room comfortable

There was no breakfast variety, same all 4 days. Four days is too long to not get garbage emptied. Housekeeping changed out towels but not garbage.

The location was fine.

We waited for them to clean our room and when they were finished it smelled so horrible with cleaner or something we had to go to home depot for a fan and an oder neutralizer spray. It took into the evening til we could even enter and relax. I didn't have time to be explaining with staff why we needed a different room as I was visiting my sick mother at the hospital on her last days.

The bed was comfortable. The coffee was good but no lids furnished. They did have waffles but not much else. We ate elsewhere.

The sheets were dingy & thin. One of the bath clothes was torn & literally raggy. There were 2 partially eaten Popsicles left in the freezer. Very disappointed in breakfast. No eggs or meat or biscuits. The orange juice tasted sour. Some staff smiled & my husband thought the manager was rude. I don't think we will stay there again when we come.
