"Quiet and comfortable "

Nice comfortable and quiet hotel in the centre of Cardiff ideally place for some shopping, bars and visiting the museum. Very nice spa and pool. Our room was directly opposite so bars and a night club which was a bit concerning, however, we didn’t hear a thing, room widows very well insulated. Parking expensive at £32.50 in the NCP directly opposite the hotel for 24 hours, but you do get a 25% reduction from reception.

Celebrating a big birthday. I was contacted to see if any extras were needed for room and given options and prices. Staff were very helpful. One lift was out of order and that made remaining one slow. Breakfast was lovely. I would stay here again.

Booked via hotels, bargain rate! Very pleased.. amazing stay and can’t wait to go back! From the moment we checked in , we had 5* service. Used the spa facilities, which were exceptional. Room spacious & clean
