Clean and well equipped in a quiet street. Great comms from the owner, would 100% stay again

Minor tiny detail but the floorboards upstairs are really loud and squeaky but that is a minor issue.

Good quiet area nice house

Everything was nice

This accommodation is very clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, all the basic household needs were provided including cleaning and laundry products. In the middle of a heatwave with temperatures soaring between 30-33 °C, every room was provided with an electric fan that made the heat and our stay more comfortable.

The creaky floorboards upstairs and one noisy neighbour. Other than that, our stay is perfect!

Everything about the apartment is cool and clean

We really liked how spacious it was! Little boy loved playing with his toys in the sitting area!

There was nothing not to like!

Lots of space inside the house. Located close to the tram stop. The house was very clean and it was nice to have lots of necessities like washing up liquid etc.

The dining room chairs were very frayed and worn. The floor boards were extremely noisy Burns on 1 bedroom carpet. Little things that let the property down, are quick fixes but didnt stop us from enjoying our stay.

Driveway parking

We booked this property for two nights but unfortunately decided to leave after the first night due to several issues. The neighbourhood did not feel safe or welcoming, with a lot of noise throughout the night. There were also rubbish bags left directly in front of the driveway by neighbours, which added to the overall discomfort. Inside the property, the condition did not meet expectations. The upstairs floor made loud cracking noises when walking or even turning in bed, which made it difficult to rest. The bedsheets were visibly damaged (appeared to be stained with bleach), and the carpets, walls, and some furniture felt worn and in need of updating. The garden was also not maintained, with very tall grass, making it unusable. We were especially concerned because our son has autism and is sensitive to noise and environment. It was clear that he was uncomfortable and unable to settle, which is very unusual for him as he normally enjoys travelling. We contacted the host to request discounts or a partial refund since we only stayed one night, but were told that no discount or refund are given after check-in. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not what we expected based on the listing.
