Location was in quite area and as wanted away from city center And the fact that it had garden and shower in toilets

It is not clean The flooring needs to be changed The walls are full of dirt and needs a entire painting and sofa was extremely dirty and you could find dogs hair in it The garden was not trimmed for quite a long time The floors creaks as you walk The washing machine, kitchen table and vertically everything needs to be changed It is definitely not 4 star promoted by booking

"Great value for money"

Lots of space, comfortable beds and sofa, very well equipped and free parking.

Walls and carpet very scuffed could use a lick of paint, bins over flowing outside so unable to use them and could do with a deep clean (thick dust on back of bathroom door etc)

"Fab location, with parking and secure entry. Easy to tramline and into city. Great comms from host."

Parking. Super comfortable bed in main bedroom. Plenty of space. Great comms before arrival. Loved the keypad entry!

No soap in bathrooms. Bathroom could do with better ventilation. Upstairs smelt a bit damp.

A good location, far enough out of the city that you don't have city noise (infact it was a very quiet street) but close enough that a taxi into the city centre to enjoy the bars etc didn't cost a fortune. The beds were comfy, the whole place was very clean. It had everything we needed for cooking etc. It was comfy and homely. And good value for money.

The garden really needed a mow and the walls could do with a lick of paint.

"Nice stay just needs work excellent value"

The price and the facilities were excellent with a full kitchen with all accessories

The property has a few problems the bathroom could do with been refurbished as it leaks a lot due to bodged installation and sealing this has caused it to leak downstairs And the floors and incredibly squeaky so it wakes other people on the other rooms when walking round

"Great stay for a family getaway"

Easy to access. Property was clean. Easy to engage with the staff through WhatsApp chat. Muslim showers in the toilets was a very pleasant surprise. Definitely coming back again.
