It's comfortable and quiet and our host was warm and responsive. We'll stay again if we get the opportunity.

Very dated and uncomfortable. The wall and skirting board are dirty in many places. The toilet door needs repair. The bath tub needs to be replaced. We booked for two nights but left after one. Do not recommend.

Check in process very smooth, house is spacious and clean. All the essentials available.

Informed 30 minutes before broadband engineer arrived about his visit. Not the best as left all my stuff on show. I work remotely and luckily, I decided to work from a cafe that day as wouldn't be able to from the accommodation as broadband got disconnected that day. When I returned to the property in the evening, there was the owner and his plumber and a young girl (was informed by the owner that plumber would arrive in the afternoon). Had to wait for them to go before making food. Communication was good but the fact that those were booked in when someone was staying was not convenient at all. Property should have been marked as unavailable if access was needed throughout that day. With regards to the property itself - the floors and doors are extremely squeaky.
