Like its proximity to Traverse City. Food was low quality fried food. Kids had a blast- too crowded for me. Rooms are out dated- light to bathroom was so loud

We have never been to one of this brand and there are many things they do that are unique to their company it took a while to get used to it for example you enter the building on the second floor not the first floor

We were so happy with the facilities and guest services it was a wonderful place to stay I would highly recommend!! The desk clerk was absolutely fabulous to work with! This hotel really helped us out of a situation of staying in a really bad hotel and this place was phenomenal!!
