This place is a gem! We used to come annually but had to skip the past five years. Coming back now… The hotel is totally refreshed and lovely. The best part about this hotel apart from being super clean and well laid out? The staff. Everyone who works there is friendly,personable, and always ready to help. Special shout out to Amber in the breakfast area who made you feel like you were guests in her home. She has been with the hotel for 20 years and treats every interaction as a unique opportunity to be kind. Kendra at the front desk really knows her stuff and works to accommodate every request. Want to stay somewhere everyone is welcomed and treated with kindness? This is the place to stay… plus, who doesn’t love a good p pool breakfast spread?

It was a perfect location as we came for one night to shop.

Could use a bar next to toilet for those with bad knees.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location is close to all the stores but some rooms are close to the train tracks and while the trains don’t run frequently when they do, they are loud. My biggest complaint is the pet policy. I love dogs but I don’t want to be woken up to barking in the morning. It would be nice if certain rooms were pet friendly and others pet free.
