"Pleasantly surprised to see an À la carte breakfast rather than the standard hotel breakfast buffet."

Our room was in a lakeside villa. Great views from the spacious clean room. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep despite being under the flight path. The room did not have a bathtub; robes or slippers as advertised on the Accor website. Not a problem we were only there one night. Accessibility could be an issue for some because the room was accessed by an uncovered external tiled staircase. It was raining when we got to the room, so caution was required on the staircase. Then there is an internal staircase to get the room. We were very impressed with our friendly check-in when we received a glass of champagne and some cake. We highly recommend this peaceful hotel.

The accommodation had spider webs, the fans in bathrooms were not working, had mould in toilets. Upon notification it was not fixed. the SPA was not working

"Great place to stay to relax"

Lovely setting within the Clearwater golf course looking over a pond. Bed was massive and was very comfortable. Great areas to go walking or running. A very quiet setting among nature.

A bit of a walk to the main building for breakfast.

"Lovely place to stay in Christchurch."

We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of this resort. Eating an excellent breakfast each morning overlooking the lake and manicured putting greens was a very nice start to the day. The room was quite spacious for two people, and the bathroom was very good. Located quite close to the airport, it was an easy drive after a long day travelling. Christchurch is a great city, and we found it easy to find our way from Peppers to the city center. It was well located to be able to head north to the Waipara Valley wineries and west to the mountains. Lots of other services in the nearby suburbs. Highly recommended.

"Fab service and location but the unit needed updating"

Location and restaurant and staff were great. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the walks and relaxing view.

Our unit was very tired. Furniture faded, blinds broken and carpet stained and walls needed painting. Kettle was dangerous to use as was leaking . This let down the value of the stay as was expecting resort level facilities.
