Dilworth Inn Kelowna

Clean, comfortable room with accommodating friendly staff!

Some people rate the location as excellent since it's right across from the mall. It is a pretty busy area. A little noisy yet room was quiet.

You ask if it was romantic. It's not that kind of hotel. The rooms are nice. But when you say romantic I think of a room with a jacuzzi tub maybe silk sheets or something like that

We travel to Kelowna once or twice a year for shopping. We've stayed here a few times and it's nice. We like the breakfast room. But I know that the next time we go will probably be a busier season so the room will be about double what we paid this time

Location was perfect for us as it was close to our grandchildren who we were there to see ! No time for breakfast as they are up early. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The bathroom fixtures were very dated. Furniture in the room showed quite a lot of wear and was also very dated.

Noisy guests until 4 am

The Continental Breakfast was very good

It was all good

I liked that we could bring our pup, and that they were so accommodating

I did not love the old school keys, not easy to use when you are bringing in your bags. And not easy to throw in your pocket

Central, clean, hot tub on site

High traffic area, dated, poor wifi

Better value and service than big name hotels. There was even a guide on how to use the TV remote. Right across the street from orchard park mall, easy access to everything. Staff was thorough, friendly and accessible. Nothing but smiles for this local business.
