Dilworth Inn Kelowna

The hotel and our room were very clean. The bed is so comfy. Breakfast was good. The staff is very kind and helpful. Special thanks to T Jay, who helped us during breakfast, and to the lobby staff (admin), who helped us obtain change for the bus. Sauna is a real bonus.

The hot tub was broken, and it was not mentioned upon booking. We were only informed when we arrived at the hotel. Hopefully, the sauna was good. The only concern was the deposit of $ 150, which was not returned until after we arrived home, causing some unnecessary worry. The deposit should be returned upon checkout so that guests can check the room together with the housekeeping.

The staff were great and the breakfeast was good, the location was super convenient.

The pool wasnt working, and the beds were beyond uncomfortable. It would have been better to sleep in the floor.

Staff was very accommodating! I had requested a room with easy access as my husband was just coming from a cardiac procedure at the hospital. The room was perfect for our needs and had everything and a great price! Very thankful to the wonderful young lady at the front desk. Hope to come again under better circumstances. Great location!

The toilet is very low which is a bit difficult for elderly people. However having said that, there are lots of grab bars, there and in the tub/shower.
