"Clean hotel that is central. For $400 a night I expected better everything"

Central location and clean. Staff friendly. Kind of vintage I guess

Very old, pool closed, bed way too soft, right beside firehall so sirens woke us up a couple of times. For $400 for the night I would have expected more.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are super clean, the hotel is close to stores and restaurants, and I think it was quiet (my hearing's not great though!). I have to stay in Kelowna overnight once or twice a year and I always stay here.
