I stayed at the Dilworth 2 nights. It is older and dated, but so am I. Except for the stairs, it was just fine. The girl working the afternoon/evening shift, was so friendly, effecient and helpful. I neglected to get her name, but she ought to get a raise.

"For the price I paid, it was fine, however, cleaning staff need to do a better job in the bathroom"

Location

Room was somewhat dirty. Was very loud on Monday night as guests on the above floor sat on the deck until after 12:30AM, they were very loud and came in and out of their room onto the deck opening and closing the patio door numerous times. Maybe not put guest under a large room if the hotel isn’t full.

the location is really good . walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. easy access to major roads.

"A good hotel for a short stay"

Just off Harvey Ave., Kelowna’s through road. Very close to a White Spot restaurant. 10-min drive to the heart of downtown. Breakfast bar had eggs.

Pool was closed.
