Staff were lovely and really helpful. I was given a free room upgrade which I wasn't expecting. My phone wasn't working and staff helped me out booking an airport taxi. Would definitely recommend this place.

Das sehr freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit. Wir haben die Pantryküche genutzt. Das war super. Der Pool war sehr sauber und angenehm kühl, was nicht zu erwarten war, weil den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf ihn geschienen hat.

Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz gut, weil relativ zentral. Leider war es durch die zwei Straßen immer sehr laut, vor allem wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schlafen wollte. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es ok. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und könnte mal gereinigt werden.

It’s a nice comfortable clean hotel that is centrally located in downtown Kelowna. Very convenient location. Has a nice simple complimentary continental breakfast that gets you up and on your way. It was perfect for our quick overnight stay !

Wonderful place to stay ! Staff so friendly and helpful, excellent location near restaurants, shops and bus. Continental breakfast was awesome - so much to choose from ! We asked for a rubber bath mat, as tub is slippery, and they brought us one within a few hours. Our suite was lovely - spacious and clean. Highly recommend this property !
