Heritage Property ,well maintained

Food is not good Chef needs to upgrade his cullinary Skills We skipped lunch after a bad experience and ate at Kwality Restraunt

My recent stay at Taj Usha Kiran was highly disappointing. The service was subpar, with the staff at the front desk being rude and unhelpful. I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest. When I reported an issue with my bathroom sink being choked, there was no urgency in addressing my concerns, nor were any solutions offered. The amenities were also lacking. To make matters worse, the hotel management asked us not to use the swimming pool because some influencers were taking pictures there. This was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, my stay at Hotel was a disappointing experience that I would not recommend to anyone. Significant improvements are needed in both service and amenities.

Excellent Property with natural surrounding and fauna

It was hot, Gwalior this time of the year. But no regrets.

I heard about Time walk but I actually felt it as this property made us feel we are in ancient Maharaja Era and we are Maharaja family. From main door welcome until final good bye this hotel did not leave any stone unturned. It was so so so personal and heartfelt welcome 🙏 The horse cart welcome was just faboulous with drum music 🎶…. Front desk team with lady named Yashika ( may be wrong name ) she took us to the room and showed us whole hotel with its history .. so talented lady with crisp of high level hospitality .. Vijay also from front desk guided us to his best Night Manager , he gave my kids painting stuff and made my kid so happy .. thank you again Coming over to Food , the guy who welcomed us and served us whole time was so generous and was standing on his toes all the while we were there . Food was so awesome 👏 great taste specially Cholle Bhature 🥰🥰 House keeping guy Santosh did tremendous job. He showed us their best Suits and it gave us urge to come again 🥰🥰 In and all , great staff , good food , excellent property , kids pool with jacuzzi 🥰👏 Bada Bar so elegant and beautiful 🤩 Thank you Taj , we will never go away from your Group in all over future Indian trips

The hotel lift is not easy access for old people that’s it. Sorry , feeling bad to write this 😌

Taj Usha Kiran, Palace, Gwalior. The grandeur and opulence of Maharajas being maintained by Taj Group and offering as holiday destination is stupendous.

🤔 Nothing to write home about. Everything was superb.
