Great Wolf Lodge Wisconsin Dells

The rooms seemed a bit outdated and the walls were dirty in our loft. Other than that the parks were clean, halls and elevators. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay and will be back

We stayed in this resort in 2020 and had a fantastic stay. We decided to stay here again because we liked it so well. This experience was not as good. The waterpark was great. They offer food there, but it is very pricy- even when you go in knowing you are going to be paying more than normal. There was hair in one of the beds. They are charging for parking your car in the parking lot. That was not disclosed (at least that I saw) when booking on Expedia. They charged my card upfront for the two nights we stayed there. They then turned and billed my card for the two nights individually. I called them to dispute the double charge and was on hold for 41 minutes before customer service picked up the call. They stated that they would dispute the double billing. I will not be staying in another Great Wolf Lodge. That is unfortunate because it has been my "go to" place to stay.

The beds are horrible and check in was long line and hardly explained how to find the suite and I saw other people have the same issue and no service for towels or cleaning the room and texting was simple to reach anyone for customer service and I could hardly sleep good on the bed do better after how much people pay for rooms at the great wolf lodge

Organized and clean with events for the kids. Could use a better check in procedure.

Reserved a 3-bedroom condo. Room was filthy, carpets dirty, elevators extremely slow, overpriced room rates, poor pool bar service, Manager on Duty disengaged, daily parking rate confusing.

It was a really nice place for kids to visit. Very friendly and loved indoor/outdoor waterparks

The pools needed cleaned hair floating 🙌
