USI was really pleased with the staff upon our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

USBreakfast was a little disappointing for the price paid. Muffins were frozen and mushy. The fruit was good as was the coffee.
I was a little concerned about the damage deposit charge to my credit card. I'm not a regular traveler, but I've never had an actual charge on the credit card that took a few days to be cancelled. I've given a card for incidentals for a hotel stay, but not an actual charge.

USUSEverything was clean. Lobby was warm and inviting. Staff were super friendly. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. Breakfast was very good. Great quality especially considering the awesome price.

The inside swimming pool was down for me and nobody even thought about putting that on the website or saying anything about it when I talk to them. Somebody forgot to fill the conditioner model on the wall and the mini fridge didn't get very cold at all but other than everything was great.
