Everything about my stay was great from the start to finish. Definitely recommend them if staying in Painesville, Ohio
Everything was great but unfortunately I'm a smoker and you have to go out back to smoke, which I don't have a problem with that, but you have to watch the whole way out front in order to get back inside because you can't use the other exes do enter I guess it's due to security reasons so that is a good thing.
We enjoyed our stay. Brian at the front desk was very friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast was actually very good for a hotel breakfast.

USThe staff was so nice and accommodating to our service animal. We felt so safe and were able to relax and sleep good.
I don’t know why I have to write something but I enjoyed my night with my guest. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing also. I would definitely go back. Price is a little high but at least I never had a problem with them giving back my deposit.

The room was comfy and clean. The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was nice - your typical hotel breakfast, but again, everything was clean and well stocked! The icing on the cake though was when I called the front desk (after a couple hours into our 9 hour drive home) - realizing that I left my brand new earrings on the night stand. The woman at the front took my address and said she would put them in the mail right away! She was so lovely. I asked if I could pay for postage and she said for me not to worry about it! It’s those little things that can make all the difference! Thank you Comfort Inn for your hospitality!
