Made my first trip to thailand very enjoyable

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Property was nice and in good area, everything was walking distance and near by. Room had a smell, bed was very firm, breakfast was ok. Wish they switch the menu daily.

All you need you get there

This is very nice hotel, clean and the staff are very nice, the price is reasonable. Highly recommended

Very poor maintenance of the rooms

Outside the old city but a short walk from the West Gate. Plenty of amenities around the hotel. Really comfortable bed and bedclothes.

The worst hotel breakfast I ever had. We had breakfast included for three days but after the first visit to the breakfast buffet we did not go back the second and third day. I’m not sure if you have an executive chef but if you do?! Replace him/her! The food was horrible to say the least. Not sure how salted water could pass for miso soup there, no miso or dashi flavor. Such a big disappointment, ordered room service but it was a bad decision overpriced for mediocre food! I’m a Food and Beverage Director by trade and I can see this place has serious issues. You have so much potential, I know Covid has been rough on the industry but it’s starting to pick up, you guys can do it and improve.

Sorry, but the pictures are not representative of the property. We found the room outdated and dirty. We had to change rooms because of a mold smell.
