Wifi signal was terrible, aircon Was not cold enough. Otherwise hotel was ok, Conveniently close to the night market.

4 of us with 2 kids booked a suite and hotel is kind enough to covert the 2 sofas to a bed for my 2 kids. Rooms and toilet are huge we enjoyed staying there very much . Hotel is not at the main road and is quiet when u walk back to hotel. So try to grab back to hotel . But is walking distance to the night bazaar and massage place everywhere

I would like the serving of breakfast to be much cheaper. Or no charge. More tea bags in room

Room upgrade for VIP is from a floor 3 to floor 6. Very disappointing

The staff were very professional and polite always, positioned great for tourists to Chiang Mai and also for business.

The staff are fabulous, you will be well looked after, the housekeeping is regular and having a kettle and bottled water in the room is a life saver.

The club level lounge was basically non existent except 5.30 -7.30 where it was staffed. Nice staff but cocktail hr nibbles were seriously poor. Worst club lunge we have been too.
