Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Clearlake

I liked that it had its own dock where fishing was easy to access especially traveling with kids

The bath/shower had so much hair in it…I think the cleaners are not cleaning very well… we arrived at 12pm one of our 2 rooms where ready…still waited until 3 pm for second room was told due to cleaning but got in the second room and it was really dirty shower had hair everywhere floor was not mopped tables and dresser was really dirty toilet had pee on hinges …. Bed blanket did not look washed had pink crust on it and stained….i guess for a small town not surrounded by alot of business this is what you get…. My kids had fun fishing on the dock though so I guess it was ok

The room was very dirty. It was way over priced.

The room was very terrible, the floor was dirty, the chairs were terribly dirty, the bathroom had hair on the window mold, the refrigerator was dirty and the hair inside, I hadn't been to a more terrible hotel before.

The floor was consistently wet and bed was uncomfortable and toilet ran.
