This property is a shining example of what a 5 star hotel should strive to be. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are clean, convenient and abundant and the hotel room beds are ultra comfortable. It’s a joy filled feeling every time I pull into the circular drive and see the big, beautiful Ross Bridge hotel.

I had a bit of an issue during my stay, but I must say the front desk team handled it with patience and professionalism from beginning to end. Even in moments of stress, they kept a positive attitude, smiling through the ups and downs. It really made a difference in my experience. I’m very impressed with how they managed the situation and stayed composed throughout. Excellent service that deserves recognition! The hotel is a true vibe
