Nothing.

Everything, the guy wanted other people to come and go as they please with me and my family in the house. To heat the freezing , damp and dark house he sent me photos of wood to buy at the local shops. 90+20 to put two bikes in + 6 for wood. Did,not stay in this dodgy place. Lost my money, but my children's safety comes first.
