Very nice european style hotel. Nice pool. Free breakfast was EXCELLENT!

Great hotel, clean and well maintained, conveniently located close to the autostrada/highway and a 10 minute drive to Siena. Great base for exploring Tuscany.

We were staying on this hotel for 3 nights. Very nice hotel with good rooms ( superior room). The location is good , near chianti road. Very close to Firenze and Siena. The breakfast was disappointed. The staff was nice ( most of them). The price is good ( 78 euro for a night for 2 persons). I will recommended to stay at this hotel.

Driving distance to Siena city center. Clean modern furniture. Quiet neighborhood but no fastfood no supermarket. Aciano is the closest town with facilities. Perfect tuscany country scenics drive, beautiful landscape farm fields. The correct city address is Arbia at border of Casetta off hwy E78 east of Siena.

An excellent hotel with every comfort. Very close to Siena but in a quiet location. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel is very hard to find if you follow the address given which is Asciano, actually quite far away. The real address is Arbia and you need to use the exit Arbia which is just a couple of km from the hotel.

The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. The hotel is run down with wall paper in the bathroom peeling, bird droppings on the patio, breakfast room a mess, even though the staff was working hard. For all but the summer months there are handicapped children using the pool for one week out of each month. They have the main hours of use of the pool. The pool is extremely warm for them, and is too hot to exercise or swim. The pool area is in bad shape.

Stylish Hotel but not for everyone visiting Siena. It is outside the city by quite a way. We had a car so it was fine. Lovely countryside setting but not much in the area. A good base for touring Tuscany and seemed popular with cyclists for that reason. The hotel has been styled nicely and we had a good room with a mezzanine bedroom, but it could use a coat of paint to freshen it up. It is not the prettiest hotel on the outside. Breakfast was good and staff generally pleasant. However, we found one or two of the reception staff unhelpful when we asked for advice. I am sorry that we don't speak Italian and this might have made things difficult, but the hotel had lots of guests from various non-italian speaking countries and surely reception staff should cope with that? Also, they had run out of bus tickets for sale which seems poor planning given their location. We were told you couldn't pay on the bus. We would have had to drive to the local town to buy a bus ticket so ended up just using the car after all. We had hoped to take a bus to Siena to avoid the worry of parking, but that actually turned out OK anyway. Overall we had a very nice holiday and are maybe being a bit picky about little things, but these might be important to others. The maid service was very good and they were very nice but did not re-stock the mini-bar....perhaps a good thing from our point of view! The facilities of the hotel are ok for a quiet relaxing retreat but hire a car or a bike to get out.

The hotel was nice and comfortable but the rooftop restaurant was more than superb. The meal was amazing and the views were more than memorable. We enjoyed our stay and after a long hot day touring on the motorbike the pool was a nice way to end the day! The staff was very helpful.

The place was tacky, super dirty and completely disorganised. I regret I went there. In ANY case is a 4 stars hotel.

A nice modern hotel in a rural part of Tuscany. A very nice breakfast was included. In general the hotel service was very good, only thing I didn't like was that they wouldn't register us immediately, they held our passports and had us return 10 minutes later - uncomfortable in a foreign country. Our room was very modern, I felt the bathroom was a little dusty and not super clean. Would stay here again.
