The hotel is inside a shopping mall. Very difficult to find it. No employees visible. Self check in. Confusing parking lot. No room service!!! So annoyed by this!!! Fortunately The size of the room was ok.

"Very basic hotel "

This hotel is on the 8th floor of a tower block that has a small local shopping centre and a train station. It was quite difficult to find the entrance, and there is no reception, just a self check in machine. The room was clean but very basic and old, so it was just about ok for one night. I didn't have breakfast but there was an option on check in to have breakfast for 100DKK extra.

The hotel was booked as only one in area we were to be at very very basic - rooms / bathrooms could do with updating- no communal area to meet. Good point is transport links and shopping centre on doorstep

"Decent hotel "

The hotel is very clean and there is plenty of parking available. It's part of a large mall so plenty of places to eat however no elevator in the hotel so you will have to your luggage between 2 floors. No staff at check in at night. Rooms are spacious and clean

"Just avoid"

We had a wonderful time in Denmark and needed to get closer to the airport for our flight back. Calling this place a hotel is kind of a bad joke. We arrived at night to find out some drunk people sitting in front of the dark alley which also makes the entrance. No free parking to be seen. No one on the reception and terrible smell. Stay away.

"Simple and clean"

The rooms are simple and very clean. Location is good. The entrance can be a bit tricky to find. Parking isn't great, you have to off load in one spot and then move the car to the parking spot. The reception is on the 6th floor and the rooms on the 8th and 9th floor. You need a 4 digit code to get into the hotel after hours. We didn't receive this before arriving and had to call the support number to get it. It worked but should have been sent before we arrived.
