"Almost perfect - except once"

Hotel is well appointed in a convenient location. Staff as a whole are friendly (especially in the restaurant) and I should give a 5star rating except for one receptionist that handled a query for us and never made eye contact, just continued working on her computer. Room is spacious and neat. Actually loved our stay.

"Comfortable and pleasant. Hotel is small, but neat and appears larger. Staff are mostly very friendly."

Location was very good. Rooms were well appointed. Restaurant staff were very friendly.

We had to ask the one lady at reception a question and she never made eye contact - continued working on the computer with an occasional acknowledgement that we were there. Found it very rude.

This hotel is amazing and immaculate. I had a pool access room and it was nice to sit on my patio. Bathroom was huge, walk-in shower. 5 minute walk to main strip. Only thing I didn’t like is that the water never got hot, just lukewarm. I plan on staying there again.

Location with excellence the rooms were superb, clean and relaxing. The staff friendly and helpful. I had the room next to the pool so I could just walk out and go into the pool. The hotel was quiet with very few people that I could see everyone was very mindful of each other’s peace.

Absolutely nothing at all, I loved it
