Spacious rooms in old town with excellent breakfast and lovely attentive staff.

Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the long pool

Clean and new hotel and deco in room is nice.

The bed I am not sure why they use foam mattresses instead of spring which sagged when I slept and caused me to have a backache because I have a bad back. My friend had the same issue as me.

의외로 조용하고 방도 발음이 잘됬습니다. 조식도 좋았구요. 무엇보다 호텔직원분들 한부한분이 모두 친절하고 세심한 서비스를 제공해 주었습니다. 참고로 혹시 세면대에 마개가 열린 물병을 보시게 되면 누가 먹고 마신물을 둔게 아니고 양치하실 때 사용하라고 놔둔것이니 오해없길 바랍니다.

풀장과 연결된 방에서 바로 풀로 드나들수 있는 이동용 사다리 준비해 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel appears to be relatively new and our room was huge. The general condition is beginning to show some wear and tear. Our room had a serious ant problem (tiny sugar ants) - although I suspect that is a somewhat common problem in this area. I was not particularly a fan of sharing my bed with ants and they were crawling on most surfaces. The general cleanliness of the room was decent, not stellar with some surfaces needing dusting and there were some minor mold issues in bathroom - again to be expected I think. Hotel was quiet, hardly anyone used the pool. Breakfast was serviceable perhaps a tad bit overpriced. I don’t think we saw anyone eating in the restaurant for dinner in our 6 nights there. It is very conveniently located and makes the old city ver walkable and is an easy pick up spot for grab and tours. I think it was good value for the cost.

What a wonderful hotel. Understated elegance. So very comfortable and spacious. Terrific location and value. Contact with the staff was always a pleasure. In the dining room for breakfast, room attendants and especially Opal at the front desk. She is the most gracious, delightful and obviously beautiful young lady. Her professionalism, courtesy, hospitality and competence and articulation in multiple languages are first rate. Another reason to return to your magnificent city and hotel

Daily construction next door. Nothing can be done. Luckily I was out and about. Would only have been trouble if I required a day's sleep.
