T Heritage Hotel

What a lovely hotel! We were warmly greeted & helped with our luggage by the receptionist. The hotel is fairly new & very traditional but modern with lots of lovely wood & carvings. The bedroom was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. The food in the restaurant is good & breakfast was very varied with a pancake/egg station. The staff are the nicest you will find, with nothing too much trouble. We were always greeted very warmly by all the staff right down to the cleaning staff. It's a little parade oasis in Chiang Mai. They even let me eat the food I cooked on a cooking curse in the restaurant, I doubt other hotels would have been this accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay & we will return to your wonderful hotel on our next visit.

Housekeeping left much to be desired. Massive cobwebs in the room, so obviously it hadnt been cleaned properly in a while. Had asked the front desk to clean the room and especially get the toilet cleaned but it hadnt been cleaned over the 4 days that we stayed there. The bidet stopped working in the night, front desk came and checked and assured us it would get fixed the next day, but theyd forgotten - luckily it started working by itself again that night, so we let it go. Breakfast options needed more variety.

Housekeeping can be vastly improved (glasses in room were dirty, some towels not changed). If your room faces the temple, be prepared to be woken at 5am every day by the gongs.

One of the best hotel in downtown area. Clean and tidy. They do have afternoon tea at the pool area with nice snacks. Also the restaurant has very great food options and delicious. Breakfast though has quite limited variety of food options - but for us it was very sufficient. Room has very large bed - literally double king size, which added extra comfort.

Just the location is in old town where everything was closing after 9 pm. Not an issue about hotel
