Sehr gut! Die Lage ist top das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Vermutlich war bis kurz vor unserer Ankunft eine sehr stark unangenehm riechende Person in unserem Zimmer und leider lag der Duft noch eine Weile im Raum und im Bett. Da kann aber das Personal wohl nichts dafür…

Le personnel charmant a l'accueil ( activité proposée, afternoon tea, acceuil) La chambre est grande et spacieuse et la décoration en teck très sympa. L'emplacement est idéal : au centre de chiang mai pour tout faire a pied et situé dans une rue calme. Le salon de massage a côté : Good Herb Massage excellent !

"Very pleasant stay"

Room was lovely, with balcony overlooking the pool. It was quiet, no sound from other rooms. Reception staff and restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Helped with suggestions of restaurants and places to go. Arranged cab to the airport and breakfast boxes when missing breakfast. The afternoon tea around the pool was lovely. The location was great to get around the old city.

"Nice facility but needs a little more attention to cleaning"

Staff was really friendly and helpful

There is black mold in the corners of the bathroom. When water leaked out of the bathroom, a lot of mold came out from under the shower door
