Excellent location in the old town, amazing spacious bedroom, great choice of food at breakfast and lovely staff! We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea by the pool for a relaxing afternoon. The room was lovely and had plenty of storage; we also enjoyed the balcony for some afternoon sun. We would stay here again if we came back to Chiang Mai.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff.

The breakfast is really horrible. The food is both poor quality and badly prepared. It’s the huge weak point of this hotel. The key is to have breakfast at a cafe outside the hotel.

"Good choice for exploring Old town but away from noise and chaos"

A boutique hotel located on a quite street, walking distance to the main street of Chiang Mai old town. Lots of choices of restaurants and massages.

Pool is quite small, and cleaning can be improved.

"I can recommend this place!"

Great place to be. Very friendly staff ! They made us feel really welcome . Unfortunately, due to the weather situation, the pool was freezing..

If there’s something to criticise, that could be a little bit an improvement on the breakfast. For example, there’s not enough bread in the morning.
