Fantastic location lovely little villa rooms

How pretty the rooms were and picturesque

We had a fantastic stay at the Rondel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The garden are pretty. The beach is gorgeous. We stayed in a villa. The air con worked, very spacious. We would definitely come come back

Beautiful escape.

Travelled to Negril for a day trip and ended up staying the night. Rondel village was our pick after review of available facilities. The property was clean, staff friendly and attentive. We stayed at the property across the street from the beach but went over to enjoy the beach front in the morning. We didn't try the breakfast/restaurant there as other reviewers mentioned that it is expensive. We found surrounding local places to dine as we were mobile. Walkable restaurants around. This place will be at the top of my list for a family gathering at the end of this year.

Friendly & helpful staffs

I have stayed here before which is why I chose it again. In the aftermath of hurricane Beryl, there were few guests and there was not enough effort to make our stay special! The hotel is in need of upgrading in the rooms the grounds are still gorgeous and lush!

The disappointing quality of the rooms eg: no tea and coffee making facility in the room.

Natural plant surroundings to and from beach to room. Pleasant and professional staff. Wi-Fi and Air-con good. Fantastic view of sunset. Attentive beach life guard. Close proximity to other attractions and amenities.

Nothing to dislike other than locals walking along the beach and pressure selling you.

Upon arrival, the internet on the opposite of the road was not working at all. I called the front desk & the young lady immediately transferred me to the beach side to another room in which I appreciated. The running water (sink & shower) in the room was not working but I didn’t complain. By morning, the water was up & running. I stayed at this hotel about 20yrs ago & this is my 1st time returning back. I got to enjoy the pool & jacuzzi. I was pleased with the upgrades & professionalism of the staff.

We have stayed here before and we chose to return because we like the location and the friendliness of staff. The grounds are filled with garden in between buildings. Building and rooms could use some updating but we were comfortable. Location and layout of restaurant and proximity to beach access is what we feel sets the location apart from many.
