Duo Boutique Hotel

I really think the hotel is excellent for the price. The rooms are newly renovated . It is a family hotel with affirmations all over . Tranquility and Peace, Love, and the staff was very friendly and nice . Chrissy at the front desk was a pleasure. She’s awesome . I extended my day for two days to four days. Will come again with family.

The room was very clean and the walk-in shower was great! The nights were a little noisy with people coming and going but nothing you wouldn't expect in a hotel. Hotel employees were very friendly!!

Horrible. No toilet paper, no shower courtain, shower floor was very nasty, hair over the bed covers, not even a trash can on the room.

Terrible i supposed to check in at 3pm i got the by 4:45 nobody was at the lobby i called a couple times nobody answer the phone,i did the check in and when to the room the two beds wasn’t dressed properly the room smell like food and humidity floor looks horrible.

Took cab to hotel, lobby was dark and locked. Received voicemail to call to check in…called but no answer and no voicemail set up. Hotel was very run down and poorly maintained and misrepresented. Had to take cab back to hotel and sleep at airport. Requested refund from hotel and Expedia (twice) but no response from either. Terrible experience and poor customer service

This is a bad service I ever had before no one was there so I check in and at least a code to get to my room since I had sleep when we got there this is bad hotel to reserve and it was bad environment. I don’t recommend this place even if the price is cheap this is unacceptable.

This hotel is completely different from what is offered on the internet. There were people drinking outside. If you love your family don’t take them there.

I arrived to be told that this hotel does not do online reservations and that they only do weekly stays not 1 night. The girl behind the desk was very nice about it but that she could not let me have a room. I ended up booking another hotel in her vestibule.

LOTS of roaches, pool never is open, wifi and cable are sketchy at best, sewer backs up a lot and floods the first floors, loud music all the time, trash everywhere. There is no breakfast. The management is non-existent. They do not control who comes and goes. They do not control actual guests ( slobs and loud) Lots of drugs. Besides that, great place. (Note sarcasm)

An absolute dump! The best I can say there are some nice people here. The worst I can say is EVERYTHING! The pool hasn't worked in months (ideal for summer). They always have an excuse as to why it is not working. They lie a lot, so don't take them at face value. If you want toilet paper, bring your own, as it is not provided. Housekeeping? HA HA HA. It does not exist. They do nothing to curb people from having their dogs poop everywhere and leave it there. Some people prefer to line the walkways with their weekly laundry hanging off banisters on the second floor. They do nothing to curb loud music from cars from people that are not even guests. The roaches are insurmountable. Even the "pest control" guy said he only sprays water. No very effective! If you want to do laundry, good luck! They rarely work. They finally got limited "security" to deal with the gunfire. Closed on Sunday?! Whoever heard of such a thing? Besides that, the place is great! (please note the sarcasm)
