The staff were amazing , super friendly and said good morning to us everyday without fail. If we needed anything they were helpful and available . Breakfast was good. However needs more variety . However everything was made fresh . The property was super clean . Amazing to channels . They have a little shop in reception that has a variety of snacks , drinks , food and travel essentials to buy that are cheap. Behind the hotel there are restaurants and shops which I would highly recommend. The original Pancake house and Tommy Tavern are amazing places to eat . The staff were amazing . There is a bus 5 minutes from hotel that takes you straight in to Manhattan which is about 20-25 minutes bus ride . There is also a ferry to take you into Manhattan aswell. The skyline from the hotel in to manhattan at night is absolutely amazing . Check- out was 12pm however our flight back was not until 7pm and the hotel held on to our luggage for FREE until we were ready to go to the airport which I thought was so lovely them. The breakfast staff are absolutely amazing attend to our needs everyday for the 10 days . Surfaces were always clean and tidy . They were polite and said good morning to us everyday without fail. They were constantly stocking up the food. Every Wednesday night (not sure on time so please ask reception) they provide a light Dinner ,snack for free. Food included drinks, cheese board , crackers ,hot food , fruit etc. there is unlimited coffee , tea and hot chocolate 24hrs available.

Unfortunately the WiFi is not very good . Some days would work and some days it wouldn’t . That’s quite frustrating especially for the children . Unfortunately there were a few times that the coffee supply was cold or empty and had to be requested to fill which was slight frustrating as I didn’t want to keep bothering them. Apart from that it was a great 10 days stay would highly recommend .

Varied and generous breakfast, large and welcoming room, magnificent shower, beautiful view of the (distant) skyline of West Manhattan, very frequent bus to Manhattan, nice New Jersey zone

Low general control level by the staff with a potential security problems (anyone can really enter), no customer caring as staff never responds to greetings either on entry or exit

Habitación amplia, desayuno incluido bastante aceptable, personal amable. Parada de autobús para Manhattan al lado del hotel. Zona tranquila y segura.

Le prix qui reste néanmoins relativement compétitif par rapport aux prix de Manhattan. La situation assez proche de New York et des commerces non loin de l’hôtel (zone commerciale). Le fait d’être en face de la Skyline côté New Jersey permet de se détendre et de sortir de l’agitation de Manhattan. Situation interessante par rapport à l’aéroport de Newark.

Le lit d’appoint du canapé indigne d’un hôtel de ce standing. Du jamais vu ! Pas de confort. Matelas usé au possible. Limite sale. Une honte. Une solution radicale s’impose concernant ce mobilier dans l hôtel. Isolation thermique des fenêtres d’un autre temps. Éviter les chambres sur le boulevard adjacent. Gros problèmes de plomberie dans l’hotel. Pas d’eau chaude (eau tiède voire froide pendant notre séjour en décembre). Obligés de changer de chambre (guère mieux) en insistant (merci à husein au desk) après une réparation sommaire réalisée par un autre employé qui savait pertinemment que ce qu’il faisait ne servait à rien. Une blague. Problème généralisé à l’hôtel selon nous. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Le service du petit déjeuner. Personnel du petit déjeuner très désagréable avec les clients. N’ouvre pas le petit déjeuner à l heure car arrive quelques minutes avant et donc n’est pas prêt à l heure. Gare aux clients qui s’approchent de celui-ci avant que ces dames ne soient prêtes. Pour être bien vu mieux vaut parler espagnol.
