Excellent séjour : petit déjeuner très bon et varié, personnel réactif, logement propre avec serviettes changées chaque jour. La proximité de l’arrêt de bus pour rejoindre Manhattan est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

The problems we did have were addressed in a timely manner

We got to our room and the AC wasn't working which was unfortunate because it was over 90 degrees the two days we stayed and when we called to tell the front desk maintenance had left for the day so the next day by the time we got back to our room they were in the middle of replacing the AC unit so there was just a hole in the wall then room service was very pushy on cleaning our room right that moment after we just got back form a long day in the city and we just wanted to relax

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for 2 days. The location is good, and you can easily get to Manhattan by bus. However, the comfort and condition of the rooms were very poor. The hotel is very old, and the bathroom/toilet area opens into the room with a window, which was uncomfortable. I booked a family room, but we still could not use it comfortably. During the night, I could hear flushing sounds from another room’s toilet and woke up twice because of the noise. The price was also really expensive. Later, I moved to another hotel with similar features, including breakfast, for about one-third of the price. In particular, the young bearded man working at the reception was very rude and had an unpleasant attitude. The breakfast was not bad, and the cleanliness was average. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

I like that this hotel is near Mitsuwa. It's at a pretty quiet location, both morning and night, even on a weekend. The rooms look like your usual longer stay hotels - it's spacious but a bit worn or even cheap looking, considering the price of this place per night. Cleanliness was OK, could be better (a strand of hair). Breakfast was busy and crowded but there's no worries about not having enough food to go around.
