Super 8 by Wyndham Watseka

The check in and attendent was pleasant. The room looked to be nice, but as you turn on the lights and look around. The room was dirty. Behind the night stands are disgusting dropped something and had to retreve it. Puke. So by that the house keepers need to do a better job. Higher standards. Seems these hotels are getting worse and worse for more money. The outside was filled with trash from Mcdonalds. Just not appealing.

Very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

From the rude man on the phone, to the same rude man at the front desk who yelled at me and very disrespectful; the room with dirty sheets, the security door that was broken and the hallways smelled of heavy must. Unfortunately this Super 8 was the only motel in watseka. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast offerings pretty basic. Ate breakfast offsite. The hotel was quiet and the desk clerk was personable and helpful.

Room was clean and very comfortable, bed was great!!

Breakfast was ok, more choices would be great. Check in was a little slow but she was working by herself and had to answer the phone.

There was white globs of stuff all over the walls & bathroom. Looked like stucco. Also a red stain dripping down the wall that looked like blood.

the rooms were semi clean it’s very out dated tho.

the staff were awful, the family that owns the hotel also lives there and their customer service was awful. I accidentally booked a 1 bed room and paid to upgrade once we arrived, well the man made me pay knowing he didn’t have a 2 bed room available but refused to refund my money for the upgrade and instead brought an old yucky closet bed in the room for us it was so gross no one would sleep on it, the family that owns the hotel is very unprofessional and ready to scam you as soon as you walk through the doors, they even tried to keep my 100$ deposit over a stain on the carpet THAT WAS ALREADY THERE! I will never stay here again and you shouldn’t either.
