We needed to stay in the area and it was easy to get where we needed to go.

Old, run down, musty, off odor, pet smells. Staff person at check in was great. But rest of stay non-existent and less than helpful. Breakfast was poor and not available Saturday morning even after asking. Will stay further out next trip to avoid staying here.

Breakfast is the reason I did not rate everything as good. Very poor choice and nearly nothing put out. Also no soap in the bathroom- but that was taken care of. Otherwise we have stayed here before and always been comfortable.

The staff were on top of any requests and were helpful when told that there were drug addicts bothering people in the parking lot and were immediately out there to remove them from the lot.

The area was bad for homeless and drug addicts out in the parking lot, eating from dumpster and bothering guests for money and prostitution. The hotel hallways and stairways smelled of smoke and were not that clean and hot. The room wasn’t clean, we had to wash the shower ourselves as it was covered in pubic hair. The cups for coffee were located on the nightstand underneath and therefore were covered in public hair as well, so we weren’t able to use them. The key cards kept disworking daily so we constantly had to go to front desk to renew them for the week.

Small town Watseka, not many lodging options. It is a shame this is it. First, the room rates are not a good value or a bargain. The internet was sluggish/poor. The fridge couldn’t keep items cold and the breakfast is the worst I’ve ever experienced. If you’ve driven all day and are tired and need a bite to eat and something to drink, I advise you push on, this is not the place you seek.

the room was ok…. there were cobwebs in the corner and all over the floor lamp bed was clean and bathroom was clean. the whole room needs to be cleaned in my opinion

Location is great and bed was comfy.
