Besværlig indgang for let handicappede og meget besværgeligt at forstå et lille bykort over parkerings pladsen's beliggenhed.

unflexibel and uncooperative personal at receiption - unfortunately I had a double booking (ok thats my fault, but I've expected that they probably going down in pricing for the cancellation of the room, they saw 2 bookings for single room on my name but didn't reacted...) - anyway... my fault in general. But not my fault: defective shower enclosure, defective shower head, broken shelf in wardrobe, only a desk light at the other end of the room instead a room lighting And also not my fault: no roomservice during my 2-day-stay

Følte os ærlig talt snydt ved de billeder og beskrivelser af spa, som viste sig at ligge på et helt andet hotel. Endvidere manglede vi enhver form for muligt opholdsrum hvor man kunne sidde og hygge sig med sine medrejsende, som man ikke lige delte værelse med. Den omtalte restaurent befandt sig ligeledes på et helt andet hotel. Kun morgenmad kunne indtages på hotellet men til en helt ublu pris og selv dette område var aflåst resten af dagen, så man heller ikke kunne benytte sig af dét samlingssted. Dog ingen tvivl om, at selve lokationen er helt perfekt i forhold til både kultur og indkøbsmuligheder og personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, der Service mit Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Leider gibt es keine Bar im Haus - man muss ins Schwesternhotel "Sonne".

Detta hotellet är ett "annex" till Die Sonne, Vilket har många faciliteter som man kan utnyttja. Utmärkt resturang.

Ett helt okej hotell som låg väldigt centralt. Rummet kändes lite omodernt, det var varmt och minus för heltäckningsmattan som fanns överallt. Personalen var trevlig, parkeringen smidig och det var tyst när man skulle sova. Kanske inte ett hotell i toppklass. Men för det priset så var det helt okej och vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

Bra. Sentralt. Hyggelig betjening. Høyeste andre gjester som pratet meget høyt fra 6 om morgenen. Luft. Heisen ikke i orden. Bodde i 4.etasje. Fikk hjelp av hyggelig betjening med bagasjen. Meget trang garasje i søster hotell. Måtte betale for det😣.

Hôtel central. Bon emplacement. Très bon séjour. Manque uniquement la climatisation dans les chambres.

Very nice house in an excellent location. However, during the five days of my stay (Monday to Friday) the staff was unable to fix the internet connection, which wasn't working either in my room or in the lobby. The members of staff were friendly, but not very flexible and did not seem too eager to solve the problem. Not particularly recommended for business travel.

An older hotel, but right in the heart of the city with every imaginative style restaurant you could ever want. It's a wonderful city with lots of old world charm, loved walking around felling safe and free to investigate ever street and arcade. Back to the hotel, young John at the reception was a most pleasant young man with a strong enthusiasm to help you in anyway he can, come parking, bags, room comfort and local knowledge, he is a credit to the hotel. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious....mmmmm...The hotel and staff were so good I nearly changed my plans and stay another couple of days...mmmmm...next time!
