Really lovely lady on reception and process was very quick. Not a fan of the bar area but Marian and the new supervisor were lovely and attentive. Room was nice but s wee bit Dusty. Comfortable stay was had with nice breakfast.

Nice good grade hotel, warm good size room. Friendly staff -- well-presented bar food, plentiful but would like a little more herbs/seasoning for taste. Close to Dundalk but you would need a car. Great base for touring Slieve Gullion, Cooley Peninsula, Carlingford greenwayand the Mourne Mountains. Easy access to Carlingford Ferry.

Facilities very good - pool, sauna and steam and jacuzzi all well maintained. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a tasty well stocked breakfast. What more could you want.

Out of town so nice and quite

Rooms not sound proof, and being opposite a lift with a bell meant a disturbed night, along with a rattle in the room.

The staff were amazing...so friendly and helpful! However, we felt that at times there was not enough staff for the busier periods ie. Evening meals and bar service
