Amazing friendly staff , amazing customer service and cute extremely clean rooms . The lounge area very cosy at night . Pool, spa etc great facilities

No hot water and heating in the room and was moved room twice and had 2 rooms one to wash in and one to sleep in

As always it was excellent in every way.

The Carnbeg is a very well appointed hotel, but is showing signs of decay at the hands of the Fawlty Towers like staff. They are friendly and want to help, but I think this hotel lark is a little beyond them. Things look pristine, but some things don't work and it takes patience to get them fixed. The food is very good and for the price, I would recommend a stay. It makes a change from the dull chain hotels.

Accomodation is very good. Room is clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel, clean and good breakfast. Good value for money, would definitely stay again.

On arriving at 9.15 pm I was told the kitchen had closed, slightly disappointing as I had just arrived from a flight, after further discussion it was apparent not even a sandwich was on offer, so off to Dundalk to find a restaurant! - the room was nice .. however the dull green light was on all night at the entrance to the bathroom- no good if like me you like a darkish room to sleep in. I think my next trip ( on business) will not include this as a potential stopover.
