I felt like a truly welcome guest here. The staff never discriminate and treat everyone with respect, which made my stay very comfortable. Turkish hospitality is at a high level in every area — housekeeping, front desk, the main restaurant, bar at pool, spa, and the animation team were all excellent. There was one slightly uncomfortable moment with a staff member (a Kazakh girl) who asked overly personal questions and shared too much about herself, which felt a bit inappropriate. The pool could have been warmer, but aside from that, my entire week was fantastic. A big thank you to the managers, waiters, housekeeping team, and especially the chefs — I absolutely loved the way you cooked fish. You are truly the kings of fish!

My husband and I stayed at Zeugma for a week in March 2026. This was our fifth visit to Papillon hotels, and everything was wonderful, just as always. Staying here is incredibly comfortable, and you truly feel welcome. One of the outdoor pools was heated, even though the high tourist season hadn't started yet. Most likely due to the Eid al-Fitr holiday, in addition to the usual activities, there were some very interesting workshops - such as pottery making and signature cocktail mixing. I want to give a special shout-out to the animation team: I hope we will see you again many times at both Zeugma and Ayscha! I also want to thank the Guest Relations team, and Alzhan in particular. The hotel is compact and convenient, with everything close by — the beach, the waterpark, the restaurants.This is a big advantage I really liked the beautiful pool and the overall territory. A special thanks to the animation team — the program was fun and engaging. I especially want to mention Tina: she was very friendly, attentive, and always tried to make the guests’ time enjoyable with great activities. When it comes to food, the variety isn’t huge, but overall everything is there, and you can always find something to choose from. For seafood lovers, this hotel is especially great — they prepare fish very well, and it definitely stands out. I also want to mention the housekeeping team. The girls were very friendly, polite, and always helpful. They kept the room clean and made the stay even more comfortable. The restaurant staff and guest relations also left a great impression: polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s a lovely place for a comfortable stay where everything you need is within easy reach.

First of all, I would like to start by saying that we had an amazing experience. The food, drinks, rooms, and common areas were all wonderful. Being welcomed with smiling faces and such attentive service made us very happy. I would also like to give special thanks to Ms. Tına, whom we met at the bar. Everything was great I highly recommend it to everyone.

Our stay at Papillon Zeugma in Belek was truly delightful. From the very first moment, the atmosphere of comfort and relaxation surrounded us, making it easy to unwind and enjoy every minute. What impressed us most was the unobtrusive yet attentive service — the staff seemed to anticipate our needs without ever being intrusive. Their genuine care, warm attitude, and attention to detail created a feeling of being truly looked after. The hotel itself is exceptionally comfortable, with well-designed spaces that invite you to relax and recharge. Everything, from the rooms to the common areas, reflects a high standard of quality and thoughtfulness. This was a place where comfort meets sincere hospitality, and it made our holiday not just pleasant, but genuinely memorable.

We were with a child in March 2026 The weather is +20, there are few people in the hotel, which we liked. The hotel is ordinary, simple, but everything is cozy and comfortable. The food is good, varied. There is a tennis court, a spa area, a heated swimming pool. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, in good condition. Separately, I want to thank Tina for daily activities, board games, karaoke, yoga, Gokhan for playing tennis; stunning children's animators Marina and Alyna! The children are delighted! Thank you all for a wonderful vacation and your positivity!

This was my first Holiday to Papillon Zeugma Relaxury and I wasn't disappointed with ANY aspect of my Holiday. The Hotel itself is super luxurious and ultra clean. The Hotel was a little quiet due to not being in season but I expected that and it's exactly what I wanted and needed after a few extremely busy months at work!! FOOD - The food is absolutely amazing and the selection was far better than I've seen at ANY All Inclusive Hotel and as I mentioned, this was out of season! I've never seen full fish served before and they were huge! They were delicious but definitely not the fussy eaters, as they still had the bones and eyes in!! 😂 Fresh Pizzas, stuffed Turkish bread, actually ALL types of bread cooked right in front of you! My favourite had to be the Cheesy Garlic Bread 😋😋🤤🤤!! I can't explain how many different types of dessert were on offer, the selection was unbelievable!! DRINKS - As it was the Christmas period, they had Mulled Wine, which was lovely with a shot of spiced rum added to it! Also several other festive drinks but I stuck to the Mulled Wine! There are so many premium drinks included in your Standard All Inclusive Package and they offered an update but that was for things like Single Malt Whisky's and super expensive Cognac which wasn't something I was interested in! You also received table service which was a nice touch! ROOM - Was Huge!!! Super clean and had electric curtains! The TV was a bit difficult to work but after a couple of days I understood how to work it (Probably partly down to the Mulled Wine and Rum!!!) STAFF - When above and beyond which ever the department they worked in. I was greeted on arrival and instantly asked If would I like a drink from the Bar bringing over, whilst she explained the Hotel to you and to see if you have any questions. Restaurant Staff and Bar Staff, very attentive! ANIMATION TEAM - Exceptional, especially when it's low season, their Job must be so difficult! There was always some kind of activities going on but I loved the fact that they didn't constantly beg or pester you to go to some activity! I definitely had a favourite and I could chat to Her for hours. She was such a nice person and very professional. Her name is Tina and she speaks 6-7 Languages, super friendly and is in the perfect Job for Her, as She loves meeting new People and new Friends. AMENITIES - All I can say is look at the pictures on their website, as they are exactly what you will see when you arrive! The Gym is fully equipped like you would expect in a Pure/JD Sports Gym! It's a great place for a relaxing break, or a party holiday and definitely for Families. Hopefully I will return later in the year and continue one of my many conversations with Tina 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
