Papillon Zeugma Relaxury

We stayed at Papillon Zeugma Relaxury just before New Year, and I honestly don’t even know where to start. The whole hotel felt magical because of the New Year decorations beautiful lights everywhere, a big Christmas tree in the lobby, and such a cozy festive atmosphere, especially in the evenings. It really felt special being there at that time of year. Everything was very clean, our room was perfect every day, and the staff were always smiling. The food was delicious with so many options, and we loved the desserts and cocktails. We spent most evenings at the terrace bar because the atmosphere there was so relaxed and warm. The most unforgettable moment happened at the Farfalle à la carte restaurant, where my boyfriend surprised me with a proposal. The organization was so beautiful and romantic, and everything was arranged perfectly. It felt very natural and emotional not too much, just right. Of course, I said yes 💍 During the day we joined activities like rifle shooting, and I even won one round and got a medal! It was such a fun memory. In the evenings we played cards and talked with Tina and Gokan from the entertainment team. They were so friendly and made us feel really comfortable, like we were spending time with friends. This hotel will always be special for me because it’s where we got engaged, just before the New Year. It was the perfect way to end one year and start another ❤️ We will definitely come back Xx

We were very satisfied with our holiday here. The food was varied and delicious, the staff were attentive, and cleanliness was very good throughout our stay. We did not experience any problems at all. The relaxation pool at the back was especially quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a very comfortable and relaxing six-day holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Stayed October 2024. Luxourious stay in beautiful surroundings. This hotel is geared for families with small children and this isn't made clear in promotional media. Families were the guest majority. However, it is a beautiful, luxurious hotel with lovely, respectful staff. On arrival, we were greeted in reception with a choice of sparkling wine or strawberry juice in beautiful glasses and choice of macarons. The hotel was very clean and smelled gorgeous and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The entertainment is fantastic (get there early) and the themed beach parties transform the pool area and are great for families. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The fridge was restocked daily. The buffet food is beautifully presented, fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. British people may struggle with the lack of pork products and the general gearing towards the taste of the majority guest nationality (Russian). The speciality restaurants are fantastic (particularly the Italian) as is the sweet treat shop. Travellers tips: Air con in the rooms - the vents above the door may be pointing to the ceiling, angle them down into the room for a cooler room. The adults only pool is very cold and the sun doesn't really reach the adults area in October.

We’ve been here for 7 days now and we’re absolutely delighted! A truly wonderful hotel, especially great for families. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food is very good – there’s always something tasty to enjoy, and plenty of snacks available throughout the day. There are also many sports activities and entertaining programs, so it never gets boring. The hotel has the perfect size – easy to get around, yet offering everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable! Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and helpful – you really feel welcome here. A special thank you to Tina at the pool, who always kept us well informed about all the programs and was incredibly kind and attentive. We truly felt at home and will definitely come back! 🌞🏖️🎾

This was my fourth time staying at the wonderful Papillon Zeugma Relaxury, and once again, it exceeded expectations – even under exceptionally challenging circumstances. Due to the conflict situation in the Middle East, all charter flights were canceled shortly before our trip, creating a very stressful situation. However, the hotel team truly stepped up. They were highly responsive, supportive, and offered several convenient alternatives to help us navigate the situation. I eventually found a flight that arrived one day earlier than planned, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel was gracious enough to offer a discount for the additional night. As always, I stayed in the Luxury Pool Suite on the ground floor, my preferred room every time. It’s spacious, impeccably clean, and looks exactly like the photos – something I’ve always appreciated. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth, which is so important after a long day of travel. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Guest Relations went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the Reservations Team ensured everything was handled with great care and attention. The food variety at the resort is truly outstanding, catering to all tastes and preferences. But what stood out even more was the staff’s attentiveness when something wasn’t readily available on the buffet. On one occasion, I wanted black grapes, and they immediately brought me a generous plate. Another time, I was simply craving butter and jam, and again, they went out of their way to get it for me. These thoughtful gestures really reflect the level of care and hospitality this hotel offers. One special highlight of this visit was receiving a special invitation for returning guests. The hotel hosted a lovely cocktail party, where we were welcomed warmly, received small appreciation gifts, and had the opportunity to speak with team members who genuinely wanted to hear about our experience and feedback. It was a personal and heartwarming touch that made us feel truly valued. If I had one small suggestion, it would be for the à la carte restaurants to stay open a bit later, as they currently open at 18:30 and close by 21:00 or 21:30. A slightly extended schedule would be more convenient for those who enjoy dining later in the evening. Despite the initial travel challenges, this vacation turned out to be just as relaxing and memorable as my previous stays – perhaps even more so, thanks to the thoughtful care and exceptional service shown by the Papillon Zeugma team. I’m already looking forward to my fifth visit!

Very few fruit varieties, the watermelon was always unripe, the same food every day, tasteless, you had to wait after each drink, they didn't have self-service windows for soft drinks, and the very short and poorly thought-out schedule on the terraces with food by the pool, and the air conditioning in the room was not up to par! I would not repeat the experience at this Resort, very expensive in terms of quality and price!

Everything about this holiday was great! Hotel is lovely, clean and well set up with pools and access to beach. There was enough space for lounging either at the pool or under cover at the beach with lounger service for drinks via qr code. The activity schedule has something for all - i did yoga everyday after breakfast in preparation for a day of lounging! There are some good slides both for older "kids" and little ones and a nice pool for really little kids away from the main pool. We used the a la carte restaurants (€5 surcharge- worth it though) which were all great and we were extremely well fed. Make sure you book early though. Staff are really lovely. Can't help you enough. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow. Where do I start? Check-in: Absolutely 1st class. We were greeted with a cold beer and invited to sit whilst the formalities were completed. A seamless procedure and made us instantly feel at home. Room: Luxury Pool Suite - we were on the ground floor (3505) which is in the closest pool house to the main facilities. Right next to the Beer House and quiet pool end of the complex. Room was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was epic. Big standalone bath, giant walk in shower that was like a monsoon. His ‘n hers double sinks, huge mirror, TV built into the bath mirror!Decent coffee machine and mini-bar restocked daily. (Water / soft drinks / beers / snacks / tea / coffee etc etc) Brilliant air conditioning and a giant ceiling fan to circulate that cold air. Mozzy nets on the 2 sliding patio doors (although we didn’t see a single mosquito whilst we were there). Private outside area with 2 comfortable chairs and a table, a sun umbrella, and 2 fully padded sun beds. Plenty of pool towels in the room. A shaded and full sun area next to the pool that is shared between 8 pool suites. 1.4m deep pool with an infinity edge leading to a shallower section which would be great for kids. Walk in wardrobe area with automatic lights. Slippers and dressing gowns in the room. Simply amazing! Food: Plentiful, quality, tasty. From simple rolls down at PA&Co coffee shop to the food court (think Turkish kebabs, proper burgers, pizza, pasta, ice cream etc) to the ala carte restaurants, to the main restaurant. Everything was amazing and always always fresh. Can’t recommend highly enough but a special mention to the Asian restaurant which was our favourite meal! Drink: What can I say? All branded drinks. Always cold and served in proper glasses (or decent plastic ones if you’re going to the pool). Multiple bats that all bought something different to the party. Special mention to the Beer House which did a great range of international beers and some great pub snacks. Beach: Lovely chilled sandy beach with plenty of loungers. Cool boxes full of ice and water by your sun beds. What a nice touch that was! Water sports available. WiFi: Best of any hotel I’ve visited. It worked everywhere, including the beach! Cleanliness: The entire place is spotless all day. The staff quietly beaver away keeping it beautiful. Service: This is where the Zeugma comes into its own. The staff are superb! From check-in, through the spa staff, waiters / waitresses / bar staff / Guest Relations / food service staff; none of them can do enough to make your holiday superb. Honestly the best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Pools: 2 main pools. The main (and busiest) activity pool down towards the beach. Always plenty of sun beds and a great vibe all the time. The quiet pool towards the water park which was very chilled and relaxed. Again, always plenty of sun beds available. Overall: Try it! We were supposed to go to the Paloma Grida but they let us down last minute, so for us the Papillon Zeugma Relaxury was almost a last minute panic decision. It was however the best holiday decision we’ve ever made! Honestly, try it. You will not be disappointed!
