opplevde betjeningen som generelt arrogant, noe de ikke heller la skjul på at de var. samboeren min hadde også bestilt rom der, men pga en feil de gjorde måtte hun bo på et annet hotell. dette viste de ikke noe beklagelse for, faktisk, da hun ville komne og besøke meg fikk hun ikke lov å komme opp på rommet uten å betale 50 euro først, ikke engang bare for å komme opp og hente meg. toppen av alt var at hun ble utskjelt av sikkerhetsvakten etter å ha blitt sendt ut igjen. styr unna dette hotellet!!!!!!!!

This is really an excellent 4 star plus hotel rather than 5 star. Excellent value and terrific service.

Hôtel très agréable avec une très bonne qualité de service. Un buffet très varie et foisonnant avec un grand choix qui saura contenter tous les gouts et des pâtisseries turques incroyables. Le professionnalisme et la sympathie du personnel est très appréciable. C'est un endroit plutôt familial, ou vous pourrez profiter de la plage, du Spa, des multiples piscines et des activités proposées par les animateurs. Dans cet hôtel, vous pourrez passer des vacances reposantes et l'offre du all inclusive est stupéfiante. Vous pouvez en gros manger et boire gratuitement 24h sur 24. C'est un hôtel dans lequel je n'hésiterai pas a retourner et a conseiller a des amis. Le seul bémol, c'est le manque d'offre d'un shuttle entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel.

A great hotel. The food was excellent. The staff all work very hard and are friendly. There is not much to explore in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and nowhere to walk apart from along the beach past all the other hotels on the strip. The entertainment was good in the evening.

Overall, my wife and I gave this a grade of C+. The pros were: excellent resort features and activities, beautiful pool and slides, wide variety of excellent food options (all-inclusive), amazing access to the beach, very nice lobby. The cons were: room quality (shabby furniture and carpet, air-conditioning didn't work well, odd smell from the bathroom, minimal towels given, iron not available), staff were not friendly despite being relatively competent, and you cannot tell that you are in Turkey (it feels like you are at a Russian resort). This hotel is not a US-level 5-star hotel. It has 4-star all-inclusive and recreational features, and 1-star room quality.

Room was nicely decorated. The bathroom had a square shaped bath/shower which we thoroughly enjoyed. Every room had a vintage point that if you stand in it you had a partial view of the sea and the forest located behind the hotel. If you don't stand in that point your view is the other wing of the hotel. I was happy with the friendliness of the hotel staff.
