部屋が暗く、一つの階に相当な数の部屋があるのにロの字型の建物の角に一つづつしかエレベーターが無かった。

I liked how kind the front staff were!

There was mold everywhere in the shower. I hit my leg on a RANDOM piece of metal sticking out from the side of the bed. I was there to take the bar exam, so I was willing to take whatever accommodations, as I was mentally tired and preoccupied. The exam is over… now, in hindsight. I would NEVER stay there. The treadmills didn’t even work???? Why advertise a “fitness” center.

We reserved a 2 bed queen room and they put us in a 1 bed king room and did not care because we booked from a third party they said I would have to take it up with the third party I booked through. Very frustrating traveling and not getting the beds you paid for after long day of travel and activities. The hotel was nice the lady at the front desk was not helpful at all all she kept saying was you need to contact the third party they couldn't do anything. With all this happening makes me wonder if its worth it to use booking for my reservation. Also the hot tub didn't work

Joseph and Ebony were both so warm and accommodating when we checked in! We loved the pool, hot tub, gym, and the room was super comfy.

There was nothing that I did not like about the property other than you guys screwed me and I had to rent it myself. My complaint is against Booking.com.

I've stayed here twice and both times my experience was the same. Check-in was fast and easy. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
