In room dishes too small

I stayed because my son was having a procedure done at Peyton Manning Children’s hospital we got there late Monday night had to be at the hospital by 6am Tuesday morning. Everything was fine with the room and the lady who checked me in even offered to bring breakfast up the night before because I mentioned oh we will be at the hospital at the time breakfast started. She was very sweet. I did decline tho. Anyways the problem happened when they charged my card on file for “incidentals” which was my Hilton AMEX card. I didn’t check that night or even next day being so busy I didn’t check until a week later and noticed they charged $90.08 which is ridiculous for a hold for incidentals but then never refunded I called to dispute they said I had to go through hotels.com then they contact the hotel to dispute we’ve been emailing back and forth for a week and final answer is the charge is justified because I didn’t get a receipt when I checked out so there’s no proof I stayed! Check the damn security cameras are you kidding me no proof I stayed! And apparently there’s nothing more I can. Every time I called to speak with staff about this they were very rude telling me contact hotels.com. Hotels.com was very nice and understanding but it’s still complete BS I’m out $90 because I was in a hurry running late to the hospital I didn’t want to wait for a printed a receipt! BEWARE ALWAYS ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT AS PROOF OF STAY!

The front desk person, Nadia, was outstanding. Very accommodating and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised at the full kitchen, and the room was spotless.

I loved everything!
