I loved the staff, they are so friendly and resourceful. They put extra efforts to make your trip really welcoming and unique! Victor was an excellent concierge. I highly recommend this resort, particularly if you acquire the Privilege package. It is 100% worth it. I also would like to say thank you to Noelia (who works at the Piano Lounge). She makes fabulous drinks and is so friendly that I felt that we were friends since childhood. Very big and comfortable room with balcony; many restaurants with delicious food; nice beach; very warm reception after long flight by Mr. Nelson at privilege desk.

Too much noise with animation and music at beach and swimming pools (some like it loud!)
